You do not. As long as we have access to the spa, we can assess what is wrong with your spa. If you are not home, you should be available for a phone call while we are onsite, so we can discuss our findings. If anything needs to be replaced, a detailed estiamte would be provided and we would get you scheduled quickly to replace any item(s).
Yes you will, spa repair work is $150/hour.
You can expect to pay us when we finish onsite. There are circumstances, primarily when replacing equipment, that you will be required to pay a deposit. If that is the case, it will be clearly outlined in your estimate.
We certainly do. If we have to come back out for something not done correctly, you will not be charged for a diagnosis, return visit, or repair service. We check our work thoroughly before we leave, but sometimes a leak might form after we are gone. Pumps, spa packs, and heaters all have manufacturer's warranties as well.
