Frequently Asked Questions

Your water level must be at least 4"-8" below the tile line. If you do not lower your water, we will lower it for you for an additional fee. Pools under 40,000 gallons (this is most pools) will be charged $75 for this service. Pools larger than 40,000 gallons will be charged $125.

Yes, but please do not throw your safety cover away. Getting a new cover is approximately a 6-week process. We recommend starting the process in June or July. We will provide you with an estimate within $300 of it's actual cost. If you approve the estimate, we will come pick up your cover and send it to the manufacturer for a remake. This way it will fit exactly like your old one on the same anchors already in place.

We do not. Pool cleanings are a separate service that you can easily schedule through the office.

Yes we do. All we ask is that you have a working hose that can reach your equipment area.

If you do not check on your pool after it's closed, we highly recommend it. Our winter service plans include lowering the water when needed, making sure your skimmers remain winterized and full of antifreeze, and keeping debris off your cover. Winter service plans are similar to an insurance policy; we protect your investment when it's most at risk.
