Training our technicians the technical aspects of the job is only part of the job. Training them to engage and educate our Customers will add value to the services we provide and allow for long lasting relationships.

I am a man passionate about helping people. Training our technicians to have this same mentality is of the utmost importance to me. Our Customers will know they are in good hands when Paradise is at their home. We will provide high quality work, stand behind our work, and communicate what we have done. We will have patience for all of your questions and answer them to the best of our ability. If we don't have the answer at that moment, we will have you the correct answer within the hour. Our technicians will be trained to admit when they do not know the answer to your questions, and they will inform you they will have your answer shortly. If we don't have honor and integrity, we have nothing.

I get great satisfaction building a relationship with a Customer. Earning their respect and trust is very satisfying. When someone counts on you to deliver a service, and you provide that service meeting or even exceeding their expectations, it's a good feeling. When I do free estimates, I realize I may not get that work. That's ok. My goal is to make a good impression so they remember Paradise, and also to educate. If I can accomplish those two things at every estimate, it was worth my time even if we didn't get the work.

Let's be honest here, I don't run! However, I do like teaching and building something that our employees are proud to be a part of. When you have an employee, that person, and their family, is counting on you. That drives me. Paradise will soon be the first pool and spa company in our area that pays our employees year-round. Taking care of the people that work with you is just as important as taking care of our Customers.

I am a huge fan of Pools, Spas and Dogs

Being in the pool and spa business is fun. Even when it's 110° with the heat index. Whether we are installing or replacing equipment, or experiencing the serentiy and instant gratification of cleaning a pool, it's always a good day.

In this business we meet a lot of intersting people, see a lot of amazing pools, and get to play with some incredible dogs; every now and then we get to wrestle with a pig raiding our tool bag! Don't be surprised if we forget your first name (we are not perfect), but know all your dogs' names. We love what we do. We work hard building realtionships that earn your trust. We appreciate everyone we have the opportunity to do business with.
