You do not. As long as we have access to the pool, we can assess what is wrong with your pool and/or its equipment. If you are not home, you should be available for a phone call while we are onsite, so we can discuss our findings. More than likely we can repair equipment on our first visit. If anything needs to be replaced, a detailed estiamte would be provided and we would get you scheduled quickly to replace any item(s).
Yes you will, but only our labor rate which is $125/hour.
You can expect to pay us when we finish onsite. There are circumstances, primarily when replacing equipment, that you will be required to pay a deposit. If that is the case, it will be clearly outlined in your estimate.
Emergency Service Calls are defined as after hours, when you cannot wait for the next business day. Pump and filter failure, as well as loosing water are good examples that warrant an Emergency Service Call. We would not recommend paying for an Emergency Service Call because your light went out.
