Technically, no. However, tile and coping degrade at the same rate. If you need one, it's usually because you need the other.
The only coping that can be reused is blue stone.
You can, but it's just a bandaid. Once water gets under the coping they become loose and your tile starts popping off. While we are spot repairing, it's not uncommon for the work area to grow rapidly.
Unless we are replacing your apron, you have to select coping that is the same thickness as what you have. If not the coping sits at a different height then the apron which is a safety hazzard.
