Yes you do! Fill it to the proper operating level which is half way into the skimmer opening. This way when we leave, your water is circulating and being filtered. If your water level is not at the proper level, we cannot run your equipment to test for leaks. So please fill your pool accordingly.
You need to have all the debris off the cover. If you have a working hose at your pool, we will hose off any algae or dirt build up. If you don't have the debris off the cover it makes it very hard for us to take the cover off without having that debris fall in the pool. If you want your cover professionally cleaned, for $150 we will take or arrange pickup of your cover, clean it, and return it to you clean, dry, and folded properly.
We do not. Pool cleanings are a separate service that you can easily schedule with the technician opening your pool or through the office.
Most companies clean the filters at the closing. If we discover your filter has not been cleaned, then yes, we will clean it providing you have a working hose that reaches your filter.
Absolutely. When you schedule your opening just let whomever you are speaking with know what you need. We can bring any chemical, maintenance equipment, or parts you need.
